This week, we learned about WORMS! The students were so interested in learning about where they live, what they do, and what they eat. Their favorite part was getting to touch and observe the worms! We read fiction and non-fiction texts and learned about the realistic fiction genre. We did some great writing about worms and made "worm" paintings.
In math, students practiced getting fast at addition and subtraction, telling time, counting coins, ordering numbers to 1000, finding missing numbers, and place value.
We can't believe we are almost done with our Kindergarten year! We can't wait to celebrate with you on Friday! Don't miss it!
